I called and the lady said that they cannot do anything about my return because they can’t even see our online return. They would have to completely redo it. The online people said that they cannot help me change it either. I was in the middle of asking her what my options are and she hung up on me. That is the rudest thing that could have been done. I’m HIGHLY disappointed at the whole process and ESPECIALLY the fact that I was hung up on.
The tax preparer was very fast . Love H & R block. I've never had any problems with the company but the last employee was impatient and rude.
Stopped in to get a copy of last year's return that was prepared by H&R Block.Told as soon as one of the tax preparers finished with their client, they could make a quick copy. Tax preparer finished. A lady came in early for her appointment. Instead of making my copies, they told me since I was considered a "walk-in" I had to wait until they finish doing her taxes. DOGE needs to overall them. I'm switching to another tax preparer. And it stinks of ashtray cigarette smell too!!!

I have been a customer of H & R Block for many years and have always had good experiences, but I was very disappointed by the way we were treated at our appointment. A disheveled man came out, he did not greet us or introduce himself. His actions and body language made us feel like we were bothering him. He was short and impatient.
