Literally go anywhere else
Had to wait 40 minutes, despite having an appointment. Another 40 minutes in the appointment, to then be told I don’t have the proper documentation for their system to process things. This may be a good thing to discuss with someone while they are waiting 40 minutes rather than waste everyone’s time!

I applied online to have my taxes done with their tax assistants and their one assistant Mina was absolutely wonderful, she answered any question or concern I had and was very friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back again next year!
