After 10 years of H&R Block service I'm officially done with these clowns. How they don't know what a Form 8379 "Injured Spouse Allocation" is is beyond me. The icing on the cake was when I handed them a letter directly from the IRS that said to fill out a Form 8379 and send it back "up to 3 years after the filing date" and they stood there and said "you have to fill the form out before you file". Clearly uninformed even with a piece of paper in their hand with detailed instructions stating what to do post filing. Now I have... read more

Filed my taxes with Denise about 2 weeks ago, and I’m so glad I did. She was very friendly and helpful and answered all the questions and concerns I have had. I’ve honestly been filing through turbo tax for about 4-5 years now, and when I tried filling through them something seemed off about what they were going to give me back.. so I backed out and didn’t file and went into H&R Block.
