Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is not professional. This is my third year going to this location and had a bad experience every time. The third is the charm and I won’t be back. I scheduled 4 days in advance and got a confirmation for my appointment. The day of, I called in because they moved my appointment 15 minutes back. I was stood up earlier this week for a scheduled appointment. No phone call, no follow-up at all, not even an explanation as to why. Very poor form and unprofessional on H&R's end. Your competitor thanks you.
