I had some questions about my taxes. I went into the Redmond office and the receptionist helped me make an appointment. She made the appointment for a person in Bend when I asked for a person in Redmond. I arrived in Redmond for my appointment and I was told that it was in Bend. The manager and the front desk person were there together. I said I had came in and asked for an appointment in Redmond.
