Tanika is a class act! So wonderful at her job! She is the one you need to ask for when you go do your taxes! She is so knowledgeable and very diligent in making sure you are on the same page as she explains and assists you with all tax related paperwork/filing/questions/etc. She is very helpful and takes the time to accommodate and answer all questions you have! I truly felt at home with her and I'm excited to have her help me from here on out! You should too! You will be in good hands with someone who cares!
Do not go here ! They filed my taxes incorrectly (100%) their fault, they put the wrong information on my return and my return got rejected by the IRS, and I paid $400 to get my return filed with them. They did nit resubmit my taxes and I’m going to be held responsible for IRS fees and the worst part is the manager at that location hung up the phone on me. The staff was nice and friendly from the receptionist to my tax provider. They made me feel welcome and this was my first visit at this location.

This young lady is amazing. She has helped me through one of the most scariest things that I’ve ever experienced Irs. she made me feel comfortable. She put me at ease very professional very understanding. I don’t think I’d ever go anywhere else to get this type of thing done I think she needs a raise, but for real she’s amazing and she’s very good at what she does. I just want her to be recognized.
