I received a letter from the IRS stating that they needed additional documents for tax preparation. J. Vaughn assisted me by explaining what I needed and I was able to provide the necessary paperwork. Everyone in the office was polite, knowledgeable and helpful.
After having my appointment switched from one staffer who was ill to another who was proficient and pleasant, my appointment went off well.
I showed up for my final appointment with Catherine Dunn at the Hillsborough Street office in Raleigh. I arrived exactly on time for our scheduled appointment and was told it was her day off. I received no service at all. I wasted all the time I spent preparing my tax documents for her.
I have filed on my own online with H&R Block for years but this year I was getting some different numbers and wanted a second opinion. Vaughn did not waste a second of my time. He told me exactly what I needed to know and made sure I got everything done in the most cost effective way possible. This location was friendly and efficient and Vaughn in particular has a very bright future ahead of him.
Joe is the best.He always choose him to do our tax return.
