Folks, please do not go to H&R block to have your income taxes prepared. For the last 2 years, I've had to deal with mistakes they have made on multiple forms. Once H&R block has your payment, they disappear. They do not answer their phone AFTER they file your taxes. So you are on your own without help or assistance from them AFTER they file your taxes. And advice given during our visits, completely invalid. Please find a professional tax preparer. Beware of H&R block. They are just inefficient paper pushers.
Experience was ok, pretty much in and out service. Not much of a personal feeling anymore with getting taxes completed but that is the line of business. Pricing was fair but we can probably complete on our own with assistance of a free service as ours is fairly easy. They definitely wanted to make sure it was paid for!
