Everyone treated me well, they were fast and efficient. Great experience
HORRIBLE! Waited 2 months to have a confirmed appointment then was scheduled with Roxanne, who was not very knowledgeable about preparing taxes and who completely changed my routing and account number on my tax return , causing there to be confusion about where my refund was sent. She’s also very rude, sarcastic, and makes it very uncomfortable to be around her. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION
I scheduled my appointment for the morning, they confirmed it , then the day before they rescheduled it to 6pm... seems like a sneaky way for them to avoid the appointment. So disrespectful and a waste of my time.
