Arrived at 9am for my appointment and checked in at the front desk. Sat in the waiting area for 15 minutes. No one else came in or out and the rows of cubes were silent. Won’t be coming back to this location.
Rudy I believe was his name, was 15 min late for my pre-scheduled appointment. The vibes were very off. He then told me I owed the state $800 and his services for helping me was $600+!!!!! THAT'S CRAZY. I filed with FREE TAX USA & got a refund of $600 and only paid $15 for the service. I highly recommend finding somewhere else.

HORRIBLE! Waited 2 months to have a confirmed appointment then was scheduled with Roxanne, who was not very knowledgeable about preparing taxes and who completely changed my routing and account number on my tax return , causing there to be confusion about where my refund was sent. She’s also very rude, sarcastic, and makes it very uncomfortable to be around her. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION
