I have been coming to this H&R Block for nearly a decade and I appreciate all that Susan H does for me. I just learned that the new management made a decision to cut the time with the tax preparer to one hour. This is not good! I have been able to do more with a longer slot of time, 2 hours and I felt rushed and of course couldn’t finish the taxes.
