This was my second year filing taxes with Priscilla at the H&R Block Newtown location. Last year, she was kind, efficient, and helped me get a refund that truly surprised me. I came back expecting the same experience, but this time felt completely different. I went in on Wednesday 3/18, and throughout the appointment, her tone felt judgmental and dismissive.
