Mrs. Melissa Shields provided world class expertise and customer service. It was the best tax preparation experience that I have had from H&R Block in over 18 years. She set a new standard.
I'm trying to file my taxes with TurboTax using a preparer's help and was sent to this location (as they apparently have joined forces with H&R Block for this accomodation). Theresa, the lady that answered the phone, questioned my call as if I was unaware of who I was even calling! Per TurboTax's instructions, I was led to call this specific number to schedule a phone consultation.
