I'm trying to file my taxes with TurboTax using a preparer's help and was sent to this location (as they apparently have joined forces with H&R Block for this accomodation). Theresa, the lady that answered the phone, questioned my call as if I was unaware of who I was even calling! Per TurboTax's instructions, I was led to call this specific number to schedule a phone consultation.
