Kaitlin T. did our taxes for us and she was absolutely wonderful. She is super smart, very efficient, and explained everything to us thoroughly. She’s sunny and personable, and a true professional. We will absolutely be asking her to do our taxes in future years!

Terrible communication with clients. Dropped my taxes off over a week ago and no one has contacted me. I always have to give calls to get an estimate for how much longer (just two W2s and a 1095C). When I did finally get in touch with someone, they mentioned they didn't have important information like my social? It was in the packet I dropped off! Extremely unprofessional in my opinion and I will never be coming back to this office.
