My 19 year old called to ask a basic question. We are trying to empower her to learn how to do these things on her own. She called and she was received by a cranky gentleman who scolded her for calling to ask a question....... disheartening as I'm sure that gentleman didn't know everything about taxes at 19 either. We will definitely never use this office and will make sure those around us know for principal alone to stay away.
They pushed my taxes out on the 16 of April 2024 after I paid them $230 to file on the 10th of April 2024. I'm out $800 cause they can't communicate anything or send an email to me to esign for approval until the day after tax day.
Jackie was fantastic! Felt very comfortable at this location.
