Wish I could put half a star, I paid twice to get taxes filed, and still was not able to get them filed. I asked for a refund since the representative nor manager could give me answers been waiting a month and keep being told it is not update on my refund. I will not longer use H & R block as management isnt helpful and they just take your money, and dont fix the issues.
