I have been with H&R Block since 2005, with no problems whatsoever. This year our beloved Mrs. Ruby retired, and P. L. did our taxes. All of the sudden we have multiple problems, and she refused to even listen to me, much less try to help. So much for H&R Block's guarantee that they will go to bat for you, and solve the problem. This will be our last year with H&R Block. If I have to fix problems myself, I am going to be the one making them. The only reason I gave her one star is because it would not let me give her none.
