I have had H&R do for tax preparation for years. This is the first time that I have been put on the "pay no attention list" Everyone that has prepared my taxes in the past has retired and new points of contract have stepped in to replace them. The new wave of people seem to have the "Oh well and not my problem" attitude. The service at the office in Phoenix, AZ on Elliot road and 48th street has dropped off the map. Made an appointment with Kay duddilla was very rude and impatient and seemed like she did not want to help me.
This place is horrid it lacks patience the people behind the desk are rude and impatient especially Kay duddila she was rude when I walked into there and I felt like I was being racially profiled by her, she was not letting me finish what I had to say.
This place is horrible if you are looking for a fast reliable place to get things done I walked in today and felt very uncomfortable was being stared at constantly by different employees especially Kay Duddilla I talked to her and she was very rude and wouldn’t let me finish explaining I don’t recommend coming here if you need to get things done because this place lacks everything
