I was deceived I was supposed to have a refund and the IRS denied it and I was charged $500 to file my taxes at this office!! I will never go here or recommend this office!
Got helped by a sweet girl named Chloe. She was very helpful. Answered every question I had AND was able to give me advice on how to increase my refund for next year! Chloe was very kind, quick to laugh, and understanding of my bad hearing. She was even sweet enough to give us candy after our appointment! Reminded me of when I was young and would go to the doctor and get a lollipop after words. So comforting. 10/10 fantastic customer service.
