I woman named Rachel was sooo rude and actually laughed at my question. I will not be going back ever to do my taxes here!
Rachel laughed in my face and was incredibly rude. Would not help me!
Went in with my elderly parents and they were wanting to charge my parents $200 to do their taxes when all they was getting back was $320 from their retirement pensions. We left. I ended up learning how to figure out how to do turbo tax and did them at home for free and it only took 30 minutes. Charging $200 for 30 mins is absolutely INSANE!
