I had an unusual problem with my taxes, and the team was incredibly gracious and helpful! Thank you Christy and Melissa!
My entire identity could have been stolen. Another customer from this location just called to inform me that MY ENTIRE TAX DOCUMENT was stapled to the back of hers. This is not something that should be taken lightly considering my social security #, my bank account information, my address, MY EVERYTHING was on this paperwork. 0/5 stars if I could… beware of this if you choose to have them do your taxes.
Kara T. is wonderful! We had a little hiccup that wasn't even Kara's to deal with, but she jumped to our aid and provided AMAZING service. She'll definitely be our Tax Pro moving forward. Loved our experience with her. Thank you so much Kara <3 you've impressed us with your professionalism and kindness. 11/10
Review for Johnnie Jones and Kara Targonski at the Greenmount Commoms location. Johnnie quickly got me checked in and offered document scanning for any remaining documents. Kara has been my tax analyst for a few years now. She is always looking for the best tax advantages while being quick and efficient. See you next year.
