They charge so much and don't help if you're young. Didnt felt welcomed and they messed my taxes up! I filled last year and I had no choice because I don't know how else to do so. I received a letter from the IRS and sent it to the lady and she told me what to do and the IRS sent me another letter saying what I did wasn't valid enough. I'm not gonna keep going back and forth for people that don't even want to help 😒😒
