We've been going here for over 20 years. Up until this year, we've had stellar service, all due to Teri Nigh. However, she is now back east, and there is no way I'll set foot in this office again. For the past three years, the rudeness of the people at the front desk has increased beyond what I'm willing to tolerate, and this year was the last straw. I use to like doing my taxes at HR block. However, my experience at this location was totally unprofessional!! A lady did my taxes for 2022. Paid my fee. Nothing happened. Irs did not receive it. Turns out the lady quit that's why she didn't receive my many voicemails. Got the run around from many employees and finally weeks turned into months. Then I got to speak with the manger.
