We've been going here for over 20 years. Up until this year, we've had stellar service, all due to Teri Nigh. However, she is now back east, and there is no way I'll set foot in this office again. For the past three years, the rudeness of the people at the front desk has increased beyond what I'm willing to tolerate, and this year was the last straw.
