I've never had a bad experience using H&R Block; they just got too expense for me to use them. 🤩But this time, I came to them with a lot tax issues, in fact, three (3) years worth of issues. This H&R Block branch in the Kroger Plaza, providing me with the best experience of my life. When using the tax preparer,🤩 Ms. Kitty, she was phenomenal, fully knowledgeable and committed to fixing my tax situation and saving me money. I will be using her services again for my 2026 taxes. 🥰🥰
