Husband and I made an appointment over a month in advance and took time off work to be there. When we got there 10 minutes before our appointment time, we were told they were behind and couldn't see us that day because we'd run into closing. A word of advice: don't book appointments for 6pm if that is an issue, and at the very least give a phone call when you know it is and not wait until we drive out there.
