I had a very positive and refreshing experience at H&R Block thanks to my amazing tax helper! I was with her for over three hours and the entire time she kept the same upbeat, helpful energy from start to finish. No complaints, no signs of burnout—even after skipping lunch! That kind of patience and dedication takes real skill. She knew exactly what paperwork I needed to file and answered all my questions without hesitation.
Catherine Shih helped me a lot to file my taxes and gave me some very helpful advice, whatever tax situation you have she have a solutions, nice wonderful tax prep. She’s 100 stars for me and i will be back for her awesome and wonderful service, thank you Cathy for your big help!
These people were so incompetent, we ended up not filing. Unprofessional, giggled about tax filing, stopped the conversation 5 times to ask a DIFFERENT tax "professional" for advice, then THAT "tax professional" ALSO didn't know. On top of this, they were clearly not knowledgeable about tax benefits, and did not inquire at all about where we could get tax breaks.
