My husband and I had a terrible experience there this year. Margarita Bravo was very unprofessional, she had a poor attitude, and constantly passed my husband and myself off to other representatives despite the fact that my husband has been one of her clients for years. I am completely disappointed and outraged at how this establishment has handled business.
Very easy process, was able to walk in and get my taxes done within an hour. Was guided through it and had everything explained clearly. Happy with the service and was even helped in getting a coupon for a discount
