I had an appointment for 9:00 this morning. I waited 15 minutes outside the office only to realize that no one was coming to help me with my taxes. Just now I receive a phone call saying that I missed my appointment. Actually, you people missed the appointment with no phone call or any respect to me. Just want to say thank you for being worthless and waisting my time. Have a great day feeding your excuses to other people. You should be ashamed of yourself!!!!
