I had the most wonderful experience at the Newark Avenue, Elizabeth H&R Block. I met with Lucy Carrillo and was panicking about my tax situation. After using turbo tax, I saw this huge tax bill and thought my life was over. My tax situation (multiple states) can be a bit tricky for an automized system. Lucy Carrillo was honestly so great to work with. She’s super sweet, professional, and made everything feel really easy. I appreciated how clear and open her communication was, and she took the time to really explain things to me so I could understand my taxes better. You can tell she genuinely cares. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone, and I’ll for sure be working with her again moving forward.
