Unequivocally the worst experience I’ve ever had. This was my first time getting a “professional” to do my taxes as I do it myself. I was instructed to bring all my receipts as I’m self employed and upon showing them, she said it would take too long to add it up and that I needed to go back and add everything up myself. I had a very disappointing experience at this H&R Block location. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, and the only acknowledgment I received was a brief “Do you have an appointment?” I confirmed that I had a 1 PM appointment, but instead of any further communication, the employee just walked away and continued assisting someone else. Would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE. As soon as we showed up they had double booked appointments. Thankfully we were the ones chosen first. This was our first time coming to H&R block. Immediately the woman helping us said she is still getting used to a new system. Almost 2 hours later, she was still confused. Continuously asking others for help. We had a good experience with H &R Block for our tax preparation. Their team ( Sara and Faeze) were professional and nice. I highly recommend their services.
