The lady was polite and professional but shame on H&R Block. They charged my daughter $122.84 file her taxes because she had 2 t4’s and her income was under 10g combined. H&R block are vultures
THE WORST! Don’t come here or try a different H&R location. This was my first time trying H&R Block and just like other previous reviews mentioned, they aren’t up front with the pricing. I went there last week on April 5th with my mom but their whole system was down and they couldn’t connect their network to the CRA. We waited an hour to be “helped” by Ellen and she quickly entered our info. She said since I am a student it would be a flat rate of 63$ and my mom’s would be around 100$.
