I had an appointment with Liliya but ended up showing up two hours late due to an emergency. My case was also pretty complicated, but Liliya and Hamed were super kind and still managed to squeeze me in the next day—on the last day to file taxes, which was also their busiest! The next day, Liliya took amazing care of me. My taxes were a bit tricky since they were from Quebec, but she went out of her way to make sure everything was done right. Really appreciate the help—Liliya is awesome and I definitely recommend her!
