Because of a software gliche my return and those of any other student receiving a federal student credit have been delayed possibly over a month. This is already after charging an outlandish $200 for a simple federal return. These "tax professionals" stumble over their own software and appear nice but really have no clue what they're doing. Just do a simple search on the issue and you'll find thousands of negative stories.
