Total lack of customer service
My wife had the worst experience here with Ms.Jackeline Miranda, was told something and then she did not keep her word. She basically called her a liar. Lost 5 clients due to this. Owner never got back at her, yet they are ready to delete reviews regarding this issue. Unacceptable!
I had an issue with Ms.Jackeline Miranda regarding the pricing of my fathers tax return. If I would have known she wasn’t going to keep her word I would have recorded her. I was told she would validate the pricing that the system online was giving me yet she didn’t keep her word. She basically called me a liar and charged my parents almost double, I wasn’t there when they got charged or else I would have spoken up. I am very disappointed. DO NOT TRUST HER!
