Enjoyable experience
My dad has gotten his taxes done here for the past 3 years. Martha Battle did his taxes. He was to receive a refund but she failed to tell him that the IRS no longer sends paper checks. My dad is almost 85 and is not up to date on technology. When he went back to complain and ask for help he was told nothing could be done. However, that is not true but the hoops I had to go through to get him his refund was ridiculous. All agents should be up to date on whats new regarding the IRS. I started my GPS and had no idea that it was taking me to the H&R Block on 79th and Broadway. I'm so glad I ended up there though. Tax Specialist Tequila was very patient with me and took all the time that was needed to help us amend our Indiana state return. For 16 years my husband and I have been using TurboTax online.
