I’ve never had this much of an issue filing my taxes in my life. This office is beyond help I set an online appointment waited in the video chat room at my appointment time at 3:00pm I waited 20 minutes then called the office to be transferred to my tax rep just to be hung up on I called again and was told that she took a walk in and completely disregarded my appointment said she would call me back.
