Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience with H&R Block I recently visited H&R Block for my tax preparation, and I had an incredibly frustrating experience with one of their tax specialists, Donna. From the moment I arrived, Donna’s behavior was unprofessional and intrusive. Used them the last few years and our bill consistently went up by $50 at least every year… Tried to use them this year before finding liberty tax and they wanted to charge us 455 for a basic tax return… They couldn’t even find our previous tax returns in their own system disgusting use of people.
Very helpful lady fixed my tax return.
