Very helpful lady fixed my tax return.
It was done in a timely manner. These guys are accurate.
Kayla is the best. I filed with turbo tax and screwed up my return and had some questions regarding an amended return. Kayla answered my questions and helped me even though I was not a customer but I certainly am now.
They messed up my taxes and when I scheduled an appointment to discuss it no one ever called for said appointment time. I’ve called the office dozens of times and no answers and no one calls back. Horrible customer service.
$407 is now what it cost to file. Plus a $40 for direct deposit or there emerald card. And don't expect much back this year. I received no favors from using h&r block. $447 is crazy for filing taxes. That price need to come down. It literally broke my wallet.
