Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience with H&R Block I recently visited H&R Block for my tax preparation, and I had an incredibly frustrating experience with one of their tax specialists, Donna. From the moment I arrived, Donna’s behavior was unprofessional and intrusive. First off, she repeatedly belittled my tax accountant (Donna claimed my tax accountant was wrong for the expense statements and thats why they are tax accountants. Used them the last few years and our bill consistently went up by $50 at least every year… Tried to use them this year before finding liberty tax and they wanted to charge us 455 for a basic tax return… They couldn’t even find our previous tax returns in their own system disgusting use of people.
