They provide a great service. The app is very easy to use and virtual meet is super convenient. I like that I can request a more seasoned tax pro. That gives me confidence that my taxes are accurate and my returns are maximized. One downside is the price. My return isn't a simple, single W-2 form, and they advertise that price (because of my HSA and 401k accounts), but I feel it's simple enough that it shouldn't justify the $290 price point. The worst tax related work place. Few days ago I made appointment to see one of the tax worker for my 2024 tax return then they sent me a text and an email for confirmation then I went on time after that the front desk lady said you don’t have appointments for today then I show the the conformation email and text. After a few conversations she assigned me to another worker . I hope the guy is not professional approach and looks like he is not like color people. They missed entire sections of my taxes and refused to fix errors. I’m not sure if it’s this office or the company as a whole but I will be staying faaaaar away and suggest you do the same.
