They took their time to make sure everything was right and I do appreciate that. They were easy to talk too and they made sure everything was perfect. Overall 10/10 experience. They explained everything step by step. I say go here if you want your tax returns done.

Whoever picks call should satisfy the caller also should be calm and happy to talk, absolutely that person should, she is representing company. Anyways my experience on call was not good.
I got a instant return card with no money only to realize once I needed it only to realize they made a mistake and I didn’t have any money on the card nor was I supposed to but they had told me otherwise and it created a huge inconvenience 👎
