Disappointed by my experience here, my tax pro made and error and now I owe NY state penalties and interest. Mistakes happen but the office and my tax accountant has been dodging my messages and phone calls.
Good Service & respectful Staff members
Have worked with the office for 3 years for fairly simple tax returns with no issues. Unfortunately, this year's experience has forced me to leave a negative review. Walter Wade made a mistake on my return, was combative and rude when I addressed it, refused to take accountability, and it has been a month of avoidance with him dodging my messages, phone calls, and simple requests for clarity and support.
