Good Service & respectful Staff members
Have worked with the office for 3 years for fairly simple tax returns with no issues. Unfortunately, this year's experience has forced me to leave a negative review. Walter Wade made a mistake on my return, was combative and rude when I addressed it, refused to take accountability, and it has been a month of avoidance with him dodging my messages, phone calls, and simple requests for clarity and support. I have filed my income taxes for the last decade here, literally since working for Pesach Tikvah as a Program Manager and caseworker. Walter has been doing this for many years and has done an excellent job making certain that everything is filed correctly and appropriately. Never any questions or issues on the returns, large or small and always appreciative of the process, accountability, and the dedication every year as a longtime client.
