We had an appointment at this location at 11:00 a.m. this morning to have our taxes done. On Tuesday, I had called this office to see if we could move our appointment up earlier but never received a phone call back. At 10:30 a.m., when we were on our way to their office this morning, they called to cancel the appointment saying our preparer had an emergency that came up and wouldn't be able to meet with us. This place is horrible. I regret ever taking my taxes here as now I have a nice little note from the IRS. Annette is horrible. Please go anywhere else.
They're good but $400 to file my taxes. . Pass. Literally every other place is so much cheaper than this.
