I’ve been using this office the last 4-5 years. Last year I had an appointment with Mark the same guy that had helped me every year and had done a great job but when I showed up to my appointment it was a female that helped me because Mark left early that day. This female had no knowledge about filing taxes and when I asked her why she wasn’t checking the earned income credit box this year she said that was a benefit that was given only during COVID pandemic and that it was no longer available. I swear if Google had the option to rate this damn location 0 stars i would. first off this place lacks communication regarding people tax refunds and they will enter wrong information on your account and will not fix or will try to help the screw up on their behalf. multiple people will misinform you different info at that location they don't know what they are doing there.
