Kelly Coker was my tax preparer at the Azalea square location. She helped me contact & obtain missing documents required to complete the tax preparation. She genuinely cares about doing whatever needs to be done to benefit her clients. I highly recommend her.
This location doesn't care about or call back customers. Both emailed and called months ago, even went into the store where Kimberly Whitney turned me away stating she was busy with end of year deadlines; she indicated she'd call me back that day regarding my inquiries. Never received that call or a single email back to those I sent. Followed up. MONTHS have passed at this point.
