Service at H&R Block was awesome! I scheduled online on the 14th for the 15th and when I walked in I was greeted with smiles and all manner of assistance to make sure I had all the right documents and they scanned them since I was not able to send them online the night before. If you can set an appointment, please choose Jamie. I’m 26 I feel like my life is in shambles and I don’t know anything about taxes I always owe so I hate doing them. Jamie was not only kind and professional, but actually informed me and helped me out. I’m not the brightest and make a lot of mistakes, but she has given me a plan to execute and even showed me the path to ensure that next year I’ll do better. Great experience.
Jamie Cady helped me with my two state tax return. She was very kind and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all my questions. All staff at this location also were very friendly.
