Taxes were filed incorrectly in 2018,office acts like it was my fault. I've worked 2 jobs since then(both taxed) but somehow I owe irs and h&r block thousands of dollars don't go there u will leave in debt
I filed my taxes here this past March, and then later I received a letter saying my taxes were filed incorrectly. When I called to inquire about the letter, the tax professional was demeaning and proceeded to explain that it was my fault. The tax professional was not helpful.
--Didn't care about me. --My taxes were completed by someone who barely spoke English. --Made mistakes, and I caught them. --I paid 25% - 30% of my income in taxes collected from my wages. Over 30K for the year. I got less than 3K back. ((So let me simplify this for you. If you want someone that is a minimum wage staffer to plug your information into a company-owned version of TurboTax, not even caring what you get out of it, and only showing any amount of concern over their own fees then h&r block is the place for you.
