I have no idea why my tax preparer completely ghosted me at this office. I'm not going to name drop her because she was otherwise very pleasant and nice in our first meeting. She had asked for my files, and I sent them over over email. I also uploaded on MyBlock (app). I emailed 4 times, over a month, and on the app, and never received a response.
