BEWARE!! I’ve never written a bad review before, but this H&R Block in Glenview is the worst. I would never treat a customer the way they treated me. I chose a specific tax preparer based on great reviews, only to be told 1.5 hours later that they were too busy and I’d be handed off to someone less experienced. After paying $300 and signing my forms, I was told my return was sent to the IRS and to go online to pay. But the IRS site showed they never received my federal return and my balance was $0.
