My wife and I were looking to try a new tax service this year as our usual preparer was retiring, we thought to try HR Block. I was late with filing this year, and had been turned away from another tax company, however H&R Block immediately made me an appointment. I was able to get my taxes done in time. I had a very good experience with my preparer.

The people have always been friendly and professional- my tax preparations have always been done in a timely manner/ always have an easy experience when scheduling appointments.
Customer service was amazing! Djuana is heaven sent, so considerate, patient and knowledgeable. I came in with so much confusion and misdirection and she helped me get back on track. She even stayed past her shift to help me prepare better for next year. I couldn't have been blessed w a better experience. Not everyone these days goes above and beyond so Djuana truly is a gem.
