I do not recommend this h&r block location. I've used different h&r blocks in the past and never had a problem. This year something seemed super sketchy. My tax advisor Fabiola was not helpful. I had to guide her how to fill out the information correctly. She didn't seem well educated in other states or with military experience.
I’ve been coming to this location for the last few years to do my taxes and I’ll keep coming back. I don’t recall who helped me the previous years, but this year I scheduled with Stephen Hurt his service was great. He’s friendly, honest and processed everything quickly. I receive a survey for feedback so I’m writing this review to let anyone know that this location is the best I’ve gone to.
Fabiola was really great and tried her best to help me get the most of my tax
