It's always the best. I don't have to register for their website, I can just bring my paperwork. If I'm missing something I can make phone calls or send emails while I'm there. It's always great being able to ask questions and to know what to expect next year or what to do to improve on my return. It's so stress-free when I don't have to do anything except pay attention and maybe learn something. Love it. I wish it wasn't so expensive, but in the end it always seems worth it.
