I highly reccomended steering as clear as possible from getting your taxes done at the h and r block in Geneva. Not only will you be met with unprofessionalism from the manager doing your taxes (complaining to a co worker that she should’ve taken your appointment due to the amount of paperwork and not so jokingly saying ‘I hate you’ but then laughing it off) but they’ll also use the IMPROPER tax documentation that causes you to go from getting a refund to having to pay in, then… they’ll blame YOU for it. Roxanne Temple did my taxes last month for year 2022... the "where's my refund" on line states the info I entered does not match theirs. I called the IRS today to be told mine was rejected due to no pin.... I specifically asked Roxanne about did she need the pin? She said "no, not for 2022 but you'll need it for 2023." I paid the $155.00 up front for her to do my simple return that was rejected by IRS. No emails from them informing me of anything... nothing.
