My experience was good. Rough start though. My appt was 4/4. Nichole called me on 4/3 and said she’d be late so I asked if someone else could get me in at 8am. Keep in mind, the website allows you to set an appt as early as 8. She said she’d only be 10-15 mins late so if I didn’t mind that- she could still do my taxes. I agreed to stick with her and I’d be there at opening.
