Dropped off my tax documents at this location and was called the next day (April 15th), and informed that they lost my tax documents. They were also incredibly unhelpful in resolving the situation.
Capital T total worst experience ever filing my taxes , I have used H&R Block for almost a decade, never had an issue, until this year, a mistake was made that should have never been made taxes were submitted and after that an amended return had to be made, now I have up to a 16 wait to receive my federal return, after a complaint to customer service for the $400 I had paid that was already taken out of my state return is supposedly being refunded to me, after a second call to management the refund check for the services I p... read more
